Premises and Identification of the Parties<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These General Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions) govern the access and use of the digital platform <\/span><b>Prenota Rifugi \u2013 Marketplace CAI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, available at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/prenotarifugi.cai.it\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">https:\/\/prenotarifugi.cai.it<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, by users who intend to make reservations at affiliated mountain huts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The platform is managed by <\/span><b>INERA S.r.l.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, with registered office in Pisa (PI) via G. Malasoma n. 18, CAP 56121, VAT\/Tax Code 01558430508. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By using the Platform, the user fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions. Otherwise, the user is invited not to proceed with registration or use of the Platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><b> Purpose of the Service<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Platform allows the user to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">View the information sheet of mountain huts and accommodation facilities present<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on the Marketplace online platform<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check availability and prices<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make accommodation reservations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pay the security deposit (&#8220;deposit&#8221;) required by the facilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Platform acts as a <\/span><b>technical intermediary<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> between users and mountain hut managers, but <\/span><b>is not a contractual party<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the hospitality relationship, which is understood exclusively between the user and the facility manager.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><b> Registration and User Account<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Access to booking functionalities requires free registration to the Platform through the provision of correct and complete personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user is responsible for safeguarding access credentials and for all activities carried out through their account.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b> Reservations<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reservations are made through the Platform&#8217;s online system. Confirmation is subject to successful payment, if required, and is communicated to the user via email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user is required to carefully verify the reservation details before confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b> Prices, Payments and Commissions<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The prices indicated on the Platform are established by the managers of mountain huts and other accommodation facilities and may include taxes and additional costs, where specified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payments are processed through the methods indicated on the Platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No commission is charged to the user.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><b> Cancellations and Modifications<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The conditions for cancellation and modification of reservations are defined by each individual facility and are visible at the time of booking. In case of modification or cancellation of the reservation, penalties or deposit withholdings may be applied, based on what is established and indicated by the facility itself.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><b> Evaluation Questionnaire<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the end of the stay, the user will receive a questionnaire via email to express an evaluation of the booking experience on the prenotarifugi.cai.it platform.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the user expressly consents to receive such questionnaire for monitoring and improvement purposes of the service offered.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><b> Platform Responsibility<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Platform is not responsible for any service disruptions, cancellations or problems related to the stay at mountain huts and accommodation facilities, which remain the exclusive responsibility of the facilities themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Platform&#8217;s responsibility is limited to the proper functioning of the booking system, within the limits permitted by law.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For technical assistance requests related to the use of the Platform, including issues related to registration, access, bookings or system functioning, the user can contact support at the email address: <\/span><a href=\"mailto:info.prenotarifugi@inera.it\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">info.prenotarifugi@inera.it<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><b> User Behavior<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The user undertakes to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">use the Platform in accordance with the law and these Terms and Conditions;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">not enter false or misleading data;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Respect the rules of the booked facilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><b> Personal Data Processing<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data processing takes place in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (&#8220;GDPR&#8221;) and current national legislation.
