Hiking the Sentiero Italia in Veneto means walking through a permanent geological work of art. Here, the trail winds through some of the world’s most iconic mountain ranges: from the imposing walls of the Marmolada, the Queen of the Dolomites, to the sharp spires of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo and Pelmo. It is a journey through the “pale rock” that, as the sun sets, glows with a fiery pink, offering the unique spectacle of the enrosadira.
